About Us
tre•sis handmade jewelry was founded in Plano, Texas in April 2001.  Our inspiration to create jewelry was born out of necessity.  We often enjoyed shopping for colorful earrings that matched our clothing yet discovered much of what is readily available to be irritating to our ears.  Finding chic, colorful, quality earrings was such a challenge we decided to make our own.  We turned our hobby into a business due to the positive response we received from friends and family.  Building on the momentum from our earring designs, we created matching necklaces. 

Design Philosophy
Our design philosophy is to create wearable jewelry that is lightweight and fashionable.  Each handcrafted creation is inspired by the shape and color of the stones.  Since we use natural materials in our designs, they may vary as to exact color and shape.  Any variation is inherent in handcrafted gemstone jewelry.  No two items will be exactly the same.  As you wear your tre•sis jewelry, you will soon appreciate these variations as something that makes your selection uniquely special.  

Lines of Business
- internet – a wide variety of jewelry is available on the website.  Customers may choose the earwire type they prefer on each pair of earrings.  Matching items are highlighted for your convenience.  Men may select from a collection of chokers. tre•sis designs and handcrafts all the products available on our website.
