Return Policy

Standard Orders
We want you to be pleased with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace or receive a credit for your purchase by first contacting us at orders@tresisjewelry.com.  Include your order number and reason for return in your e-mail correspondence.  AFTER we respond to your return request e-mail, please send the item to:

We are not responsible for packages returned to us without our authorization.  Please note that return merchandise must be received within 45 days from the date of your order for you to receive credit for the amount of purchase (less shipping and handling, if applicable). After 45 days, you will receive a merchandise credit for the amount of purchase. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, therefore we recommend you insure your return package.   

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made exclusively for a particular customer. If you wish to return a custom order within 45 days of purchase, we will credit your card the purchase price less a 50% restocking fee.  

For your protection, retain a copy of the original receipt. Pack the merchandise using the original mailer enclosing the original merchandise receipt in the shipment. We recommend insuring the package.
